We guarantee 100% satisfaction or you may return your merchandise for an exchange of equal or lesser value or request full refund. Returns for exchange are allowed if the original product was damaged upon delivery. All exchanges must include a receipt or original paid invoice and be returned within 14 days. The 14 days start from the date your order was delivered or purchased in person. When an exchange results in the customer receiving a product of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the balance of the original purchase price.

If you are not completely satisfied with your options for exchange; we will gladly provide you with a refund in the amount of your original purchase. Requests for refunds require a return of the original  item(s) within 14 days of purchase. In addition to the following:
